First of all, the film ‘OMG 2’ means ‘Oh My God 2’ is not Akshay Kumar’s film. This film is of Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam. Actor Akshay Kumar plays the role of the catalyst here. Catalysts understand, don’t they? And, in his affair, this film also came under the target of the Central Board of Film Certification i.e. the Censor Board. After watching the film, if someone asks me for a one-line review of this film, then I would say that all the members of the examining committee, that is, the examining committee of the Censor Board, who watched the film, should be relieved of their duties with immediate effect. People who understand cinema should be kept in the Censor Board, who can understand the changing ideals and changing social needs of the changing society and think of encouraging cinema that is trying in this direction.
True Call of Changing Times
The film ‘OMG 2’ is a true call of the changing times. That which is true is beautiful, that which is beautiful is Shiva. The concept of Satyam Shivam Sundaram is also the same. There is a lot of hue and cry when we see fake movies made on fake stories of fake society in which there is no such thing as changing the direction of thinking of the audience and when it does happen then movies like ‘OMG 2’ are made for which their producers are not ready to release. One has to roll papad, puri, parathas. There is no need to give the film an ‘Adults Only’ certificate. The film should be seen by all the teenagers and if possible all the schools should take this film to the group and show it to all the children after class VIII.
Film Explaining The Need For Sex Education
The film ‘OMG 2’ talks about true social concerns on the pretext of a school. A teenage boy is separated from his favorite girl student in the midst of preparations for a cultural event. Student’s friends make fun of this child, they create doubts in his mind regarding the size of his penis and now even if the child asks whom is the size and type of a normal penis? He wanders to quacks, herbalists and then falls ill after consuming fake Viagra from a medical store. The school termed his act as a social crime. No one tries to understand his child mind. But, Shiva has grace. The child’s father sues the school administrators, the quacks, the herb sellers and the medical store operator as well as himself. The real film starts from here.
Film To Watch For The Whole Family
The film ‘OMG 2’ is a must watch film for every child called New Millennials. This film is based on the education system in the country where Kamasutra was written and where sex education is mentioned in the stories of the Panchatantra. In the same country, a famous school in the city, which runs on foreign education system, stigmatizes the child. Forces Shivgan to drink poison. And, this Shivgan also comes in this period and sings the song of the film ‘Gadar’ along with drinking the Prasad of Mahakal at night. The film ‘OMG 2’ is a wonderful film in its subject, its direction, its screenplay and its overall effect. The music of the film turned out to be weak, otherwise this film could have been a film worthy of five stars.
Hats Off to Amit Rai’s Cinematic Sense
Amit Rai, who made ‘Road to Sangam’ some 13 years ago with Paresh Rawal, Om Puri and Pawan Malhotra, will be remembered as a trend setter filmmaker for this film. Making a completely entertaining film on a taboo subject like sex education is a difficult task in itself, moreover when such a filmmaker has to endure all that Amit had to endure before the release of this film for the release of the film, then it is understandable that No matter how big we talk, we have failed to understand the teenagers of our era. In the climax of the film, when the judge’s son stands in support of sex education, it is an indication of how important it is for the passing generation to keep pace with the new generation.
Pankaj Tripathi’s acting epic
New images of acting also emerge in the film ‘OMG 2’. Pankaj Tripathi completes an epic journey in his acting journey as a forcibly expelled teenage boy and father of a girl child. I have often written that Pankaj Tripathi needs to break the mold of his acting and that is exactly what he has done in this film. Imbibing the dialect of Malwa, Pankaj Tripathi has made the entire film a miracle of his acting here. The big name may be of Akshay Kumar as an actor in the film but this film belongs to Pankaj Tripathi. Along with Yami Gautam is also seen presenting a new form of her acting here. He is the other side of the balance of cinema which, despite taking the color of some villain, seems to be transformed into a kind-hearted lawyer in the end.
Rainbow of Fellow Artists
Amit Rai has chosen his technical team as well as the supporting cast for the film very carefully. The selection of Arun Govil as the school director, Brijendra Kala as the doctor and Parag Chhapekar as the medical store owner is a casting victory for the film. Pawan Malhotra has done a wonderful job as a judge. When a judge used to conduct court in English only, when brought up by a pure Hindi speaker, the way he takes the help of his colleague to understand the whole thing, those scenes make up for the lack of humor in the film. I found only one scene objectionable in the entire film and that is Akshay Kumar in the form of Shivgan sprinkling water on Pankaj Tripathi’s nails, this act is unacceptable in Sanatan culture. By the way, Akshay Kumar is very good as Bhole Bhandari. Everywhere Shiva!
