New TVS Raider 125 has been launched with a new update, which is rocking the Indian market, due to which everything from Hero to Honda is also worried. TVS has recently introduced its popular rider in the Indian market with a new update. Today in this post we are going to talk about the look features and engine of the new TVS Rider.

New TVS Raider 125 Features and Hardware

The company now offers LED headlight with LED DRLs, LCD DRLs and idle start stop system with 5 inch digital display right from the standard variant. Apart from this, the company also offers two driving modes in the standard variant itself, which include Eco and Power, apart from this, you also get to see storage space under the seat.

If you go towards its top variant Connect, it will get the benefit of color TFT display, Bluetooth connectivity, voice assist function which is powered with TVS Smart X Connect system. Apart from this, functions like navigation system, voice assist, incoming call alert, message notification alert are also seen in the connected variant. It also comes with a USB charging cable to make traveling more convenient.

As for the suspension setup, it gets 30 mm telescopic front forks and a preload adjustable rear monoshock. The top-end variant gets drum brakes on both the front and rear wheels while disc brakes are offered in the top-end variants. Apart from this, Combined Braking System technology has been used in all variants to further boost safety.

New TVS Raider 125 Engine Specifications

The bike is powered by 124.28 cc single cylinder air cooled 3 valve engine that generates 11.2 bhp power at 7500 rpm and 11.2 Nm torque at 6000 rpm. This engine is mated to 5 speed gear box. The TVS Rider captures the top speed of 0 to 60 kmph in 5.9 seconds. While its cool top speed is 99 kilometers per hour. The company claims that it delivers a mileage of 56.7 kmpl.

New TVS Raider 125 Price

The price of TVS Rider starts from Rs 1.10 lakhs in the Indian market and goes up to Rs 1.17 lakhs ex-showroom. It has now also been prepared for OBD2 of the Government of India, due to which its mileage is likely to increase.
